No Little Big Planet 2 thread? How 'bout a thread for general discussion about it? Tell us about anything having to do with Little Big Planet 2, like maybe things you've created, tips for if anyone's stuck on a story mode level, or just anything Little Big Planet 2 related.

As for me, I've recently made a playable version of the last boss, the Negativitron, using the controllinator and a few other gadgets. It's published, but not perfect. I still have to iron out a few kinks, but I'm happy with it.

So what about you? Do you have anything Little Big Planet 2 related that you'd like to share?

Also, if anyone wants to play with me, let me know. My Playstation 3 ID is in the friend codes and gamer tags thread. I'm not very good at the game, though, so I tend to die a lot. If I do end up dying a lot, I'm sorry.

What's different in LBP2 than in LBP? I bought the GOTY edition of LBP about 3 months ago when it was on sale because of the LBP2 hype...and with as user-created as the first one is, I can't imagine there being enough in the second one for me to want to spend $50 on it...

There's sack bots that you can put costumes on, so they look like the other players in the game, there's the controlinator, so you can build your own devices and even your own game modes. You can also change your level to cinematic or versus. In versus, each player is independent of the game leader's screen, so you can do whatever you want when playing the level, and not have to worry about dying from running out of camera space. Cinematic allows you to make movies using sack bots, and lets you put on a show for anyone who visits your level. Sack bots can be set to play actions that you record with them. In one of my levels, I made a sack bot version of my sack person to demonstrate how to swing across spongy ceilings without using the grappling hook. The story mode levels are also much cooler, because you have cinematics telling you the story, as well as actual animated characters, and not the lame built ones you find in the first Little Big Planet.

I also forgot to mention that in one of the creator worlds in story mode, you get to ride on bunnies, hamsters, camels, dogs and bees that you have full control over, and are programmed with special attacks. One of my favorites is the hamster, because its special attack is that it has a speed boost and you can race through tunnels with them.
