To be honest? I don't see much of Team Fortress 2 in this story at all, aside from the character's names. If your Heavy and Medic are still working as mercenaries, I'm pretty sure that Medic getting himself knocked-up with man-babies will put him off the battlefield for several months, and his employers would not like that. If they aren't mercenaries anymore (ie. retired or something), why is it even necessary for this to be a TF2 story? In short, I think you shouldn't write TF2 m-preg at all.
