In case there is still anyone who hasn't figured it out, I choose these based off of the trivia on the official TF2 wiki pages under /heavy/ influence from my own personal head canons, and my head canon for Medic will always be that he's a creepy, angry bastard (and at least a Nazi sympathizer, but I know most people don't agree with me on that point, so eh).
