It wasn't a matter of "could have used more"; I thought for the story's effectiveness, things like the tattoos and the conspiracy against Spy were better left with little explaination. I'm just naturally curious and I'm one of those schmucks who reads background material on games/stories I like so I can find out about alternate versions of things that they cut or changed, and stuff that wasn't explained for the sake of mystery, or because there was no time.
