Okay, I love this story. But I have to say something. It was kind of odd enough that Spy accepted Sniper so well, but I mean hey, I could suspend disbelief enough to enjoy it. Medic being so supportive, though? I... I can't accept that. I am a FtM and man, good luck trying to find a doctor who can even wrap their goddamn head around it, let alone be okay with it. I mean, this takes place in what, the 50s? 60s? AND in a military setting? Other than that, this story is great. Awesome characterization, no errors to speak of, everything flows smoothly and just fantastically. I just can only suspend my disbelief for so long, especially considering the problems that I have had in the medical field NOW, in 2012.
