I use allcaps, lack of spacing and general lack of flow in responses as a way to express intense emotion over the Intarwebz pretty much everywhere but the chan. I learned my lesson about bringing that format here after getting tempbanned for typing like a retarded teenager despite not, in fact, being one, and only intending to imply that I was so overwhelmed with feeling by the work in question that I couldn't think in sentences. My point is, they're probably new. I love the atmosphere in this chan generally, but namefags are always uberharsh on newfags and while I understand the tough-love, you perhaps don't need to rage so badly on anons just trying to express their love.
