Probably concept art from the movie. I'd love a hospital themed map, though. And we're supposed to be getting the assets from the movies at some stage anyway. Probably soon after Episode 3.

I´m a grown up woman, which has the adolescent - thank god- behind her since quite some time.
But i must say... I squealed like a little schoolgirl by a concert of *insert total popular Popsinger/Boygroup here* as i saw this pictures.

There's supposed to be a fairly big buildup leading up to Meet the Medic. Any guesses as to what else they could possibly tease us with?

I´m sure they will release something like a 3 seconds trailer of the movie at first where medic will just do something like: Ähem. And than in big fat bright letters: COMING SOON! Valve Time. Just a small piece to let the water in our mouth come together.

Or white doves flying over the gamesky in a cross formation. ( I would fall from my chair than laughing.)

Or the more believable thing. Valve selling in the Mann.Co Store a new Medic Hat which you can just buy in the week before meet the medic comes out.

I get all my best ideas in the shower. Usually bits for stories or additions for my headcanon, but today, with this, I was thinking something that'd go perfect with this update- probably not, since it's probably all ready and Valve is just dangling it like a carrot to cause much weeping and gnashing of teeth, but...

...yeah. Y'know that big-ass syringe Beta!Medic had? It's got about the same range as Demo's bottle, BUT. It's full of sedatives. A successful hit would cause a 15-second effect of sluggish control and a 50% speed drop. This effect would be 20-seconds on Scout and 10-seconds on Heavy- not only do the adjustments make things a bit more fair considering they are the fastest and slowest classes respectively, but it also factors in the way drugs work on different body types.

Either that or just have it cause a duplicate effect as the Sandman's baseball.

I think I saw doves in payload upward stickyjumping as a demo

My friend and I were brainstorming just how the Meet the Medic film might start out. I know we've all seen the picture of Medic coming out of the mist with doves flying about him.

The opening starts out as a quiet scene on dustbowl, it zooms in for a closer look at the baron land, and centers the camera on a little white dove in the process of coo-ing. But the little animal is forced to fly away in terror at the screaming war cry of a Soldier. Rockets and bullets everywhere!!! Red team's members are fighting a loosing battle, everyone is injured in some shape or form, so much blood! As Red Heavy drags himself across the sun baked earth, bleeding to death, Red Pyro is blown to smithereens behind him. He cries out in the utmost fear "MEEEEDDIIIIIC!!!"
Sticky bombs explode off in the distance, raising a thick cloud of dust. A tall, dark haired man strides out of that dust with doves flying out and around him. (queue Epic Music.)
With a loud cry of "JA'VOL!" he runs into the chaos, Medi-gun in hand, towards the Heavy. He get's closer and closer, fire in his eyes, waves in his hair, his white teeth sparkling in the sun. And then a Sniper shoots him in the head. (queue Opening Title)
